Is sea buckthorn good for you?

Yes, it is! Here are some of the top benefits of sea buckthorn:

  1. Rich in Vitamins and Minerals: Sea buckthorn berries are incredibly rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, C, E, and K, and minerals such as iron, magnesium, and potassium. These vitamins and minerals are essential for the body and can help improve overall health.
