Okay, I was a little bit skeptical about this spirit at first, so, the bar wasn’t too high, but! Now I can confidently declare and I insist - it is excellent! The only annoying thing about it is that the price for this little rascal is the same as for a regular gin.
Of course, you shouldn’t drink it just like that, it will taste like bitter water with a strong juniper smell. But try to make a cocktail with it, and the only difference from the usual drink will be, in fact, the absence of alcohol aftertaste in the mouth - and this is normal for a 0% drink, obviously.
What you need to keep in mind while trying to recreate classic gin-based cocktails is that the proportions in the "mock" version will have to be greatly revised to achieve the desired taste. But I have already compiled several harmonious recipes and will share them - later.
